Overview
A leading construction and civil engineering contractor is seeking an accomplished
Project Director
for a major project in Dublin.
This role leads the overall delivery, strategy, and management of the project, ensuring excellence in quality, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall project delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers, site teams, and stakeholders.
Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
Manage risk, contractual obligations, and client relationships at a senior level.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the project.
Report regularly to senior management and clients on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Project Director or senior project leader in construction.
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Relevant degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
