Overview
Urban are delighted to be partnering with a leading interior design studio in Dublin that are looking to welcome an experienced
Project Director
to their team.
The studio are hiring for a Project Director to lead a team across their wide-ranging sector portfolio that covers hospitality/hotel, retail and commercial office schemes.
Suitable applicants will be strong throughout projects and proficient with both design and technical stages of projects.
I am looking to speak with creative and technically gifted designers that have a good level of experience across all stages as projects are often at multiple stages.
The suitable professionals will need to be motivated to work hard and have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
The key part of this role is leading and managing.
Suitable candidates will have a natural flair for being the go-to in the office and the senior that more junior members of the team can learn from and be nurtured by.
Someone with excellent communication and positivity would fit in very well.
You'll be expected to ensure all design concepts positively reflect the client's brand image and meet their stated requirements.
Suitable Directors will be excellent at leading, inspiring and developing the design team, igniting their passion to create innovative and highly creative design.
The studio use AutoCAD so experience in this will be essential.
The team do have capability to use Revit / BIM on projects, depending on the work.
This is desirable but not essential.
Salary is based on experience and suitability for the role, alongside the influence you can bring to the team.
The salary for this role is wide ranging as the team are open to a mix of applications for this role.
Salary would be determined by experience and value added to the team.
