Beware of Fraudulent Mercury Job Postings.Fraudsters may be posting fake job listings claiming to be from Mercury.Legitimate Mercury job offers will never ask for personal information or upfront payments.Always verify job postings through official Mercury channels.Business Unit Quality Lead, Dublin, IrelandMercury is the European leader in construction solutions.We build and manage complex engineering & construction projects for the world's leading corporations.Our solutions help deliver technologies and life changing advancements that connect people, communities, and businesses, giving them the power to achieve incredible things.Our people have the courage to be innovative.Their determination and sharp focus enable us to deliver with certainty, time and time again.We deliver our clients' visions through leading edge construction solutions across multiple sectors, including Enterprise Data Centres, Advanced Technology & Life Sciences, Hyperscale Data Centres, Fire Protection.At Mercury, it is our duty to encourage and back our people to realise their vision of themselves.We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Provide support ensuring compliance to existing ISO quality standards & management systems within Mercury EngineeringManage the QA/QC portal on Mercury SharePoint For the Fire Protection Business Unit , ensuring up to date information is available.Developing SOP's and Updating our Fire Protection Controlled Documents .Assist to define, implement and maintain Quality Standards on site through Compliance audits.Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with the appropriate regulatory requirements as available.Manage and maintain Quality Plan's / Manual's, Documents, and Systems.Ensure that the Clients quality plans, policies and procedures are met by Mercury Engineering's procedures and standard of workCarry out internal audits in relation to SOP procedures and installed work on sites.Participate in external audits - Preparation for ISO Audits – **** , LPC Sprinkler **** Audits ( Bi-Annual ).Closeout actions that may arise out of internal and external auditsMaintain and follow up on corrective actions and non-conformances raised.Drive continuous improvement and best practices in site Quality systems "Right First Time"Prepare reports on Quality System performance as requiredAdvise Manager on all QA issues and Monthly Reporting KPI'sEssential Criteria for the Role:A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification7 yrs + experience in a similar roleAbility to work well under pressure and within strict deadlinesGood organisational and planning skillsExcellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathyConfident, creative, and energetic approach to addressing all quality-related issuesAbility to produce quality written reportsProficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPointMercury is an equal opportunities employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
