Highfield Healthcare is delighted to announce the opening of a Recovery Support Worker for our Specialist Rehabilitation Units within our Mental Health services to cover a maternity leave of circa 9 months, with an immediate start.

Working Hours: 7* 12 hours shifts – Monday to Sunday

Highfield Healthcare provides two SRUs for HSE service-users with enduring mental health difficulties, predominantly those with a diagnosis of psychosis. The goal of the project is to support residents over a 18 – 24-month period through a progressive rehabilitation and recovery-focused programme, enabling them to successfully transition from the SRU to supported residential settings in their own communities.

We welcome applicants who hold a QQI Level 8 qualification in social care or in a relevant healthcare discipline and have experience as a Recovery/Mental Health Support Worker.
