Recovery Support Worker - Maternity Cover
Specialist Rehabilitation Unit - Mental Health Service
Highfield Healthcare are delighted to announce the opening of a Recovery Support Worker for our Specialist Rehabilitation Units within our Mental Health services to cover a maternity leave of circa 9 months, with an immediate start.
Working Hours: 7* 12 hours shifts – Monday to Sunday
Highfield Healthcare provides two SRUs for HSE service-users with enduring mental health difficulties, predominantly those with a diagnosis of psychosis. The goal of the project is to support residents over a 18 – 24-month period through a progressive rehabilitation and recovery focused programme, so that they are provided with the opportunity to successfully transition from the SRU to supported residential settings in their own communities.
We are welcoming applicants who hold a QQI Level 8 qualification in social care, or in a relevant area healthcare discipline and have experience as a Recovery/Mental Health Support Worker.
