In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation services. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Accommodation Management:Manage day-to-day administration of student accommodation.Process student applications, assign rooms, and maintain accurate records.Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.Contract Administration:Prepare, review, and issue tenancy agreements for new residents.Ensure all contracts are signed and filed appropriately.Monitor contract renewals and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies.Maintenance Coordination:Act as the main point of contact between residents and the maintenance team.Log maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.Follow up with the maintenance team and residents to ensure satisfaction.Customer Service:Address student and parent inquiries via email, phone, and in person.Provide information about accommodation policies, facilities, and local amenities.General Administrative Tasks:Maintain and update databases with student and property details.Generate reports on occupancy, maintenance activities, and other metrics.Manage incoming and outgoing mail.Handle billing inquiries and liaise with the finance department as needed.Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks.Requirements:Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or student accommodation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and problem-solving mindset.Flexibility to work Saturdays and adjust to business needs.What We Offer:A supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunity to work with a growing company and contribute to its success.Flexibility to choose part-time or full-time hours.Potential for a permanent role after October 2025.Salary: €35k - €42k DOE If you're interested, please apply with an updated CVCrewit Resourcing are acting as an Employment Agency and Business.
