Sr.Sales EngineerTracking Code: E******Job Location: 104 Hill Avenue, Ebrington, DerryJob Level: Mid CareerCategory: Sales and relatedPosition Type: Full-Time/RegularOverviewThe Sr.Sales Engineer provides pre-sales technical support for all Tungsten Automation Corporation products and associated applications.While assigned to a geographic area, Sr.Sales Engineers also collaborate with and backup peers from across the country to provide efficient pre-sales support nationwide.The job requirements are subject to change based upon changing needs and requirements of the business.ResponsibilitiesPreparing standard and custom demonstrations for Tungsten Automation Corporation Account Managers and resellers.Handling all pre-sales technical issues professionally and efficiently.Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Tungsten Automation Corporation products.Maintaining working knowledge of content repositories and workflow systems.Understanding key verticals including Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare among others.Understanding Tungsten Automation Corporation role in supporting business processes, including process assessments, solution development, and current and future requirements.Responding to technical questions in RFIs/RFPs.Sharing best practices with other SEs and creating reusable assets (demonstrations, presentations, training materials, whitepapers) for the greater Tungsten Automation Corporation community.Providing feedback to Product Development regarding new features, product performance improvements, and bug elimination.Preparing Professional Services for efficient installations and managing the transition from pre-sales to post-sales during implementation.Preparing resellers on technical aspects of selling Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions and procedures.Serving as a point of contact for resellers on technical issues and responding to presale technical support requests.Required ExperienceThe qualified applicant must demonstrate knowledge of the roles, responsibilities, processes, tools and techniques used by pre-sales technical support and sales, along with excellent people skills, communication and negotiation skills, the ability to perform professional presentations, and extensive, up-to-date technical knowledge in document management and digital processing.7-10 years' experience supporting a solution sales team in the pre-sales technical role.Experience leading complex, technical, enterprise solution-based opportunities through the opportunity sales cycle to close.Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.Professional presentation experience.Publishing white papers, blogs, thought leadership assets.Business analysis at IT and LOB levels, documenting analysis in a usable, shareable format.Experience working with various partners/channel organizations.Knowledge and experience with Visual Basic and Java.Proficiency in working with JSON for data exchange, API requests, and integrations.Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).Understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLM outputs for business use cases.Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, AI-driven decision-making and tool orchestration.Familiarity with API testing/debugging tools (Postman, cURL).Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for cloud deployments.Understanding of identity and access management (OAuth, SAML, or API keys).Ability to troubleshoot and optimize REST API workflows.Strong problem-solving skills for cloud-based integrations and automation workflows.Experience in the business process management/software industry is a plus.Ability to travel 50% of the time.Skills and KnowledgePerformance is measured by revenue generated in Tungsten Automation Corporation software sales, professional services, and other measurable performance.Measurable performance also includes the ability to:Seek and complete special assignments to develop technical and job-related skills.Regularly assist others in the team or department.Demonstrate openness to feedback and constructive criticism.Foster an environment of innovation and creativity through collaboration.Maintain a professional customer environment with positive customer satisfaction.Stay abreast of technological advances and Tungsten Automation Corporation's industry.Equal OpportunityTungsten Automation Corporation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran.#J-*****-Ljbffr
