Job Description: Service Monitoring Technician and Customer Care Assistant.The Service Monitoring Technician and Customer Care Assistant will monitor turbines globally from our remote GSM software monitoring station.Provide assistance to our customers and service maintenance engineers.Night Shift – Full time fixed contract12-hour shiftKey Responsibilities:Monitor all turbines from our GSM software Monitoring station.Trouble-shoot turbines remotely.Provide technical assistance and maintenance updates to our customerProvide assistance in the day to day route plan for service maintenance engineers.Document daily phone calls, faults/issues with turbines and work done by maintenance crews.Communicate maintenance works to be carried out to Sales and Accounts DepartmentCommunicate inventory shortages to their SupervisorQualifications/ Experience Requirements:· Minimum 1 Years' Experience within a Service or manufacturing Environment.· Strong communication and organization skills.· Team player with initiative.· Experience in report writing and root-cause analysis is an advantage.· Must be computer literate· Applicants must have a mind-set of continuous improvement.Skillset required:· Good communication and organization skills.· Demonstrate good problem solving ability.· Computer literate with good MS Excel, Word.· Fluency in English is required· Must possess a self-starter attitude, meticulous, able to work independently and under time critical or stressful conditionsThe successful candidate will be a flexible, highly-motivated individual with the ability to work on his or her own initiative.They should have a pro-active, practical and innovative outlook and approach to everyday activities.The company has the right to request the employee to be flexible in his/her duties.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termPay: €27,******-€37,****** per yearWork Location: In person
