We are recruiting for a rapid-growth engine leasing company which has a requirement for a HR Project Manager.
About the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for helping to drive HR Services' global organizational goals by formulating strategic objectives and initiating and implementing various projects, initiatives, and tasks to meet HR business goals.
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
Collaborate with senior management to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to determine appropriate salary ranges.
Develop and maintain a salary structure that reflects market trends and internal equity.
Regularly review and update salary ranges based on market changes and internal needs.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Evaluate benefit plan options, negotiate with vendors, and make recommendations for plan design improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
Analyze compensation data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on compensation-related metrics and insights.
Provide recommendations for adjustments to compensation programs based on data analysis.
Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with country legislation.
Review employee files, payroll records, and other documentation to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Develop audit protocols and checklists to streamline compliance monitoring processes.
Owner of GDPR for the HR function.
Review payroll data, including time records and employee deductions, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Approve payroll runs and authorize the release of funds for employee payments, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Explore root causes of issues, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.
Work with cross-functional teams and consult to deliver detailed solutions.
Scope projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing status, articulating a clear future vision, and planning to accomplish goals.
Demonstrate ability to identify and apply continuous improvement strategies and innovations.
Consult on solutions and partner with business groups to evaluate effectiveness.
Design and monitor key program performance indicators and goals to ensure progress and success.
Proactively raise issues and problems to management to mitigate risks.
Present and report to senior leadership on program performance regularly.
Create, lead, and facilitate training workshops and standardized methodologies.
Communicate and collaborate with global teams across multiple locations/regions.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR; Project Management qualification desirable.
Knowledge of GDPR.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and incentive programs.
Experience managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience designing and leading HR projects in a global organization.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
Experience in project management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Skilled problem solver with analytical ability to assess data and drive strategic solutions.
Ability to educate others on HR subject areas.
Experience working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
Creative thinker and problem solver with strong analytical and financial skills.
High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Willingness to work/travel outside normal hours as needed.
