Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant / bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-standard service. Manage bookings, guest relations, and service flow to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant / bar team to maintain service excellence and adherence to SOPs. Monitor and control operational and labour costs in line with budget requirements. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Manage cash handling, tills, and financial reporting for the department. Maintain accurate stock levels for wines, crockery, glassware, and other service items. Collaborate with management and marketing teams to promote services and upsell to guests. Prepare and manage staff rosters based on business levels and forecasts. Handle guest feedback, staff issues, and operational challenges professionally and proactively. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager or other F&B management role within a quality hospitality environment. Proven leadership, communication and organisational skills. Excellent service standards and ability to train/guide others to same. Additional certifications (e.g. HACCP, Management, WSET Level 2) an advantage. Deep commitment to hospitality with a guest-focused attitude.
