Tipperary, Ireland | Posted on 10/07/2025Industry Pharma/Biotech/Clinical ResearchWork Experience 4-5 yearsCountry IrelandOverviewReporting to the Digital Project Lead, the candidate is responsible for DeltaV Systems.This role requires working closely with the Digital teams responsible for the full Automation and IT scope and with vendors/partners with responsibility for delivery of DeltaV DCS.ResponsibilitiesSME for DeltaV Hardware implementationReview and approve related Design DocumentationPartner with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV systemParticipate in Agile sprint teams for software developmentParticipate in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning and testingFollow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test)Ensure software is implemented in a safe fashion with quality as a necessary outputEducate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processesPartner with internal Digital departments ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with StandardsKnowledge, Skills & EducationRequired:BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degreeTraining completed in DeltaV standard and batch.5 or more years of experience in DeltaV applicationProven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on capital projectsExcellent understanding of cGMPs, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/6 Sigma principlesExcellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essentialProven ability to work in cross functional teamsThis is a site based role.The successful candidate may sometimes be required to attend meetings at Vendor premises or other sites as requiredExperience commissioning DeltaV systems in GMP manufacturing facilities#J-*****-Ljbffr
