Recruitment Consultant at O'Neill & Brennan Company Overview: Our client is a Main Contractor involved in numerous construction projects throughout Ireland.
They are seeking an experienced financial controller with experience in the construction industry to add to their growing team.
Job Summary: Preparation of management accounts together with supporting board report schedules Managing the forecasting and budgeting process Revenue related activities: Revenue recognition with supporting documentation Weekly working capital reporting (cash, accrued revenue, debtors) Managing Payroll, pensions, and related matters Taxes: PAYE, VAT, CT and annual returns Banking and treasury Statutory accounts preparation and audit Continuous improvement of reporting and processes Ad-hoc queries as expected in a financial controller role Qualifications and Experience: Previous Financial Controller position within the construction industry experience preferred but not essential.
Fully qualified – ACA / CIMA / ACCA Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills are required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Interested candidates should submit their CV outlining their suitability for the role to or call Lorcan on 087 9200905 for a confidential conversation.
