YOUR ROLE
Sogeti is seeking applications for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the ServiceNow platform by leading business analysis efforts, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Lead the review and analysis of current and future ServiceNow business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop both high-level and detailed business models to support solution design.
Identify and validate technical solutions, contributing to strategic planning and business justification.
Communicate critical findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting organisational change initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow environment.
Proven ability to identify and implement technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership.
Ability to look for strategic solutions for the client and provide cross project solutions.
