This service aims to empower individuals with the necessary skills to encourage them to live fulfilling and satisfying lives as equal citizens of their local communities. Its vision is delivered through its core values of client - centres services, committed to being and doing the best for their service users, staff and organisation. In your new role you will: Support the service users you are working with in their day - to - day activities. Encourage them to live as independently as possible and to engage in meaningful activities. Build a positive relationship with both the service users and staff team. Assist with the general upkeep of the residential service. Ensure compliance is in line with all regulatory standards and company policies. All other tasks as outlines by your manager. To be a successful candidate you will have: A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care or related field OR be registered with CORU. Minimum 1 years' experience working with adults with complex needs. The ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. A calm, empathetic approach.
