About the Client: Azon are delighted to be partnered with a global, Irish headquartered manufacturing business for the recruitment of a Manufacturing Engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be front and centre in driving process improvement projects. Location: Louth The Role: Support engineering and manufacturing through the continuous development, control and improvement of manufacturing processes Responsible for the development and introduction of new products / processes within budgets and timelines. Creation and updating of Documentation, Work Instructions and Procedures. Support installation, commission and of Products, Processes and Equipment. Liaise regularly with vendors and contractors. The Person: Minimum Degree level qualification in an Engineering or Science discipline 3+ years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in medical devices, automotive, tooling, FMCG or aerospace environment. Experience leading Product and Process Transfers. Working knowledge of CAD Software. Ability to produce specifications for design, development, manufacture and installation of new or modified mechanical components or systems.
