A leading construction and quarrying group is seeking an experiencedHealth & Safety Managerto oversee and drive health and safety strategy across multiple business units and locations.This is a senior-level role responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, promoting a proactive safety culture, and supporting continuous improvement across all operational sites.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and industry standards across all sites.Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide H&S policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.Lead internal audits, site inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions.Champion a strong safety culture through training, engagement, and visible leadership.Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.Provide regular reports to senior leadership on compliance, risk trends, and cultural initiatives.Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management System accreditations.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety role, ideally within a multi-site or group environment.Strong working knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and locations.Relevant professional qualifications in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).What's on Offer:Full support from senior management and a strong company ethos focused on integrity and continuous improvement.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Access to further training and upskilling.Competitive salary package and benefits aligned with industry standards.For more information on this position please call Allan Daly on 086 3889426 or apply online and a member of the Ward Personnel team will be in touch.#J-18808-Ljbffr
