Site Manager – Specialist Residential / Commercial ContractorLocation:Kildare, IrelandSalary:€65,000 – €80,000 per annum+ Vehicle & PackageThe Employer??We are partnering with a highly regardedmid-sized Main Contractorknown for its exceptional quality in the delivery of bespoke residentialdevelopments, light commercial builds, and high-end fit-outs across Kildare and the surrounding Leinster area.This company prides itself on a personal approach,excellent site efficiency, and high staff retention.They offer a more hands-on environment where you can truly own the project from start to finish.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and versatileSite Managerto lead a project in County Kildare.Unlike large Tier 1 roles, this position requires a manager who can effectivelyjuggleboth the management of subcontractors and direct, practical involvement in site activities to drive momentum and maintain quality.ResponsibilitiesFull operational management of the site, ensuring daily and weekly programmes are met efficiently.Directly manage all site personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with suppliers and the design team.Take primary responsibility for all site Health & Safety procedures, managing the safety file and ensuring strict compliance with Irish legislation.Conduct continuous quality control checks, managing snagging lists and ensuring work is delivered to the specified finish.Assist in materials procurement, plant hire scheduling, and general cost control on site, working closely with the Quantity Surveyor.Candidate ProfileA relevant trade background combined with formal education (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or a recognized trade qualification).A minimum of4 years' experienceas a Site Manager or General Foreman, preferably gained with a reputable medium-sized contractor.Proven experience in deliveringresidential buildsor small/medium commercial projects (up to €10 million value).Highly practical and proactive, capable of managing all site elements simultaneously.Thoroughknowledgeof Irish buildingregulationsand safety requirements.Valid Safe Pass and First Aid certification is essential.ApplyThis is an excellent chance to join a growing, quality-focusedorganisationin a hands-on leadership role in the Kildare region.To apply for this confidential Site Manager position, please submit your CV#J-*****-Ljbffr
