Site Manager - Residential Contractor - KildareOffice/Project Location: KildareEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Site BasedPay: €65K-€85, Negotiable depending on experienceExperience: 5+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading residential building contractor working on developments in Mullingar.They are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to take ownership of a residential development based in KildareCandidates will be required to demonstrate capability and experience in dealing with challenging projects. Conduct your work in a safe manner – correct and take responsibility to ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.Supervision of the construction on siteAbility to deliver project on timeProduce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general informationSupervision of the construction on siteSupport the project manager in delivering the project to the highest of quality & completed on time, within the budgetTo carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and clientManage and motivate site teamsManage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on siteEnsure work is carried out to the highest of standardsConduct Risk AssessmentsEnsure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basisEnsuring that end product meets client’s expectation in relation to build and finishRequirementsHold relevant construction/engineering qualification5+years previous experience working on a large-scale residential developments projects in a similar roleAbility to work on own initiativeSelf-motivated and hard workerStrong team building skillsAnalytical and decision-making skillsStrong budgeting and financial management skillsExcellent written and oral presentation skillsPackage€65K-€85K negotiable dependent on experience & qualifications, vehicle, laptop, phoneFull time permanent staff role with a strong order book
