We are looking for a
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
for our
Kilkenny City
office.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors – both in person and over the phone
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
Provide general administrative support to the wider office team
Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and database management
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organised reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars where required
Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
Candidate Profile:
At least 1 year of experience in a reception or administrative role (professional services or office-based environment preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
A proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative
A professional, friendly, and positive attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
