We are seeking a Part-Time Leisure Club Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and members at all times.
  • Ensure smooth completion of tasks related to the Leisure Club.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests and members.
  • Cleanliness duties.
  • Respond to guest and member queries in a professional manner.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer care skills, be highly organized, and have strong administrative abilities. They must also be flexible to work varying shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
