Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of facilities including gyms, pools, and changing areas.
  • Support setting up and tidying equipment for classes and activities.
  • Provide information on other hotel services.
  • Evaluate compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for fitness and customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Achieve basic knowledge of health and safety protocols (First Aid/CPR certification).
  • Show flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Hold a lifeguard qualification.
