Lyrath Estate &Springhill Court Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Club Attendant to join the team for a casual contract up to approximately 32 hours per week.

About the Role:

As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming experience. You'll be the friendly face of our leisure club, assisting customers, maintaining facilities, and promoting our services. The successful candidate must also have lifeguard training.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Monitor the leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and changing areas, to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist with setting up and tidying equipment for classes and activities.
  • Provide information on other services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • A passion for fitness and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols (First Aid/CPR certification)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Lifeguard qualification.
