Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Club Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our leisure club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fitness and customer service. As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, maintaining facilities, and promoting our services. The successful candidate must also have lifeguard training.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Monitor the leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and changing areas, to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist with setting up and tidying equipment for classes and activities.
  • Provide information on other services and amenities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for fitness and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols (First Aid/CPR certification)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
