OverviewSite Manager – Major Projects (Tier 1 Contractor)LocationCork, IrelandSalary€75,000 – €95,000 per annum + Vehicle/Allowance & BenefitsThe EmployerWe are managing a search for one of Ireland's leading Tier 1 Building and Civil Engineering Contractors.This organisation has an established reputation for delivering flagship, multi-million euro projects across the commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors nationwide.They are known for their strong culture of safety, quality, and staff development, offering excellent career progression opportunities and exposure to large, complex builds.The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and commercially-awareSite Managerto take the lead on a major project in the Cork region.You will be responsible for the successful execution of site operations from commencement through to handover, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a senior role requiring proven leadership in managing large project teams, multiple work packages, and extensive subcontractor resources.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manageall daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in strict adherence to programme and budget.Prioritise and enforcea robust safety culture on site, adhering to all relevant Irish health and safetyregulations.Manage, supervise, and coordinate all direct staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.Oversee quality control, carry out site inspections, and ensure work aligns with design specifications and architectural standards.Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and Design Teams to resolve technical and sequencing challenges swiftly.Control plant, labour, and materials,optimisingsite resources effectively.Candidate ProfileA Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.A minimum of5+ years' experienceas a Site Manager, with demonstrable experience working for a Tier 1 or large Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK.Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at€10 million+.Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations and relevant health & safetylegislation(e.g., PSDP/PSCS duties).Exceptional leadership,organisational, and communication skills.Hold a valid Safe Pass and First Aid certification.ApplyThis role offers a comprehensive salary package and the chance to join a prestigiousorganisationcommitted to excellence.To apply for this confidential Site Manager role in Cork, please forward your CV toDarryl at Talent Curve Recruitment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
