Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead high-profile projects from concept to completion? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major builds across sectors such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, food & beverage, and commercial.

This is a site-based role in Cork, offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale developments with a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across the site.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes and short-term planning strategies.
- Drive quality assurance and compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement aligned with project timelines.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure financial performance and reporting.
- Lead value engineering initiatives and product development.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
