As a Procurement Manager , you will be responsible for Driving strategic procurement and category growth, managing budgets, sourcing, stock, and supplier partnerships to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to align pricing, logistics, and NPD, with strong commercial and FMCG expertiseKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic procurement and sourcing plans.Manage budgets, pricing, and profitability targets.Oversee stock planning, utilization, and reporting.Build and maintain strong supplier and customer partnerships.Collaborate cross-functionally to drive category growth and NPD.Coordinate freight, logistics, and transport to ensure smooth operations.Support continuous improvement projects and category innovation.What You'll NeedCommercial & Analytical Acumen - strong financial, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Leadership & Collaboration - ability to lead cross-functional teams and build supplier partnerships.FMCG & Procurement Expertise - proven experience in category management, stock planning, and procurement within FMCG.Benefits: Staff discount at Keelings Farm Shop and subsidized canteenFree On-site parking with access to electric chargersWellness Initiatives such as wellness weekKeelings ValuesPeople MatterTeamworkIntegrityPassion for AchievementInclusion & Diversity StatementIn Keelings we value all perspectives and knowledge that our colleagues bring to our business.
