Hybrid: Yes - 3 days in the office

Compensation: €70-75k basic

ACCPRO are working with a leading multinational IT services company to recruit a Procurement Manager. This is an excellent broad ranging role with scope across the Irish business. You\'ll manage a small team and report into the Head of Procurement for Ireland/UK.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers
  • Understand internal department procurement needs
  • Monitor market trends and industry best practices
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to procurement team members
  • Manage procurement-related documentation and records
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a procurement management role, preferably within IT or Security
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Team leadership experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel
