Dublin, Dublin City, Ireland Jentic Technology Ltd. Full time

About Jentic
At Jentic we are building the core infrastructure for AI agents, enabling them to access tools of the modern world — APIs, workflows and even other AI agents — and to know how to use them securely, safely and efficiently.
Backed by top-tier investors and led by repeat founders, we're a hands-on team building in the open and moving fast with a clear vision to establish a major platform for the future of software and work.
We're not just an AI company, but an AI-native company.
We're building a focused and highly-productive team, in which everyone is amplified with AI, and where everyone shares personal and financial ownership in our mission.
Joining Jentic means shaping the future of software in a team that is built for the agentic AI era.
What We're Building
For AI builders, Jentic is where AI meets APIs, providing a comprehensive solution to intelligently hook AI agents up to unlimited APIs and workflows, with an emphasis on security and reliability.
For no-code users, Jentic allows AI agents to be easily created and run, powered by their favourite LLM and Jentic's backend infrastructure.
A product manager can design an agent that updates dashboards and notifies the team.
A sales rep can create an agent that books meetings or updates CRM records.
A software developer can run a Jentic agent on their own infrastructure, or supercharge their existing agents by integrating Jentic.
Your Role
As our first Product Manager, you will:
Define and drive Jentic's product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and founders.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear user value and craft features that solve real problems.
Work closely with users and developers to deeply understand needs, workflows, and pain points, actively gathering insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Establish and monitor key usage analytics, ensuring the right data is being tracked to understand user behaviour.
Combine product metrics, usage analytics, and user feedback to generate actionable, data-driven insights that guide prioritisation and strategy.
Define product specs and requirements, managing data-driven prioritisation and tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment.
Own end-to-end delivery of features, from ideation to launch to iteration, ensuring high product quality.
Coordinate cross-functionally to align product delivery and go-to-market.
Champion a product culture that is user-driven, data-informed, and deeply collaborative.
Help define the product management function at Jentic: laying the foundations for future growth and scale.
Please note:
We work
in-office 4 days per week
(Mon-Thurs) at our Dublin 2 HQ - we find this supports fast iteration and close collaboration at our stage.
Our core hours are 10am - 4pm, with flexibility to start and end your day outside of that window.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an individual who:
Has 4+ years of experience in product management.
Has experience launching 0?1 products or major new features with meaningful impact.
Energised by building in a dynamic, fast-evolving space and comfortable navigating change collaboratively, especially in an early-stage environment.
Can write clear product specs, communicate tradeoffs, and drive execution across teams.
Is deeply curious about AI/agentic workflows and how users interact with emerging technology.
Brings a strong user-first mindset, comfortable with user interviews, usability testing, and iteration.
Has a technical background or is highly comfortable working closely with engineers.
Is metrics-driven and confident using data to inform priorities and measure outcomes.
Is excited to help shape the future of product at a fast-moving Irish AI startup.
Is comfortable exploring and using the latest AI capabilities to maximise personal productivity and workflow efficiency.
Why Join Us Now?
Join early, shape everything: Join an exceptionally experienced founding team at a critical stage in Jentic's journey.
