The Pippin Tree Restaurant has been recently redesigned and rebranded and this is the unique story behind renaming: For centuries our orchards pippin trees have sustained and delighted the residents of Killashee. A crop so abundant and delicious that every year youd be certain to lose a share to the mischievous wildlife that inhabited the estate. We named our restaurant the Pippin Tree to remind us that sometimes the very best ingredients are found in our own back garden. The Pippin Tree Restaurant serves luxurious local produce in the ideal settling overlooking the Fountain Gardens. Objective of the Role Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager will be responsible for smooth running of all the bars in the hotel, and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality service at events.
