Your Role as a Restaurant Manager: Ensure the smooth running of the Bar & Restaurant and all other food services throughout the clubhouse. Provide a world-class hospitality experience, consistently striving to exceed guest and member expectations. Uphold our high standards of service while embracing the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos. Address comments, complaints, and queries from guests and members, ensuring satisfactory outcomes. Communicate effectively with guests and members to enhance satisfaction and actively sell resort services and facilities. Control and manage departmental costs, ensuring alignment with budgets (food, beverage, payroll, etc.). Inspire staff and guests with the spirited Bar & Restaurant brand values. Manage billing and ensure accurate processing through our systems. Collaborate with the Clubhouse's Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop the team. Monitor and maintain standards of service, uniforms, and staff welfare. Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Report maintenance challenges and assist with recipe costings. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a similar hospitality role. A standards-driven, creative manager with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills and financial awareness. Flexible and innovative within your role.
