Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Lead, train, and motivate deli staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, Aramark
Prepare and present deli products to a high standard.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience in a deli, food retail, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for food and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training can be provided).
A proactive problem solver with a flexible, can-do attitude
Complete other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
