Senior Delivery Manager - Service Reliability Group
Version 1 is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with excellent people management skills to join its Service Reliability Group.
A highly driven individual is required as they will have responsibility for several customers.
You will be responsible for a high-performing team of Azure managed service consultants across Ireland, the UK, and India.
You need to be up-to-date with Azure-managed services, as you will focus on customer requirements to enable optimal service delivery.
You must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
Additionally, you should possess strong commercial and business acumen, with a proven track record in maximizing financial performance and efficiency.
The success of the Azure Service Delivery Manager role relies on the 'Trust' relationship with clients, leading to high satisfaction scores, engaged staff, and excellent financial results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all three sides of our Strategic Triangle – Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Profitability
Monthly and quarterly forecasting of team costs and project revenues
Review actual performance against forecasts, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with leadership and account teams to develop account strategies
Contribute to service design and support service implementation
Support presales activities, including bids, tenders, and presentations
Handle customer escalations, issues, and requirements
Identify and pursue Continual Service Improvement initiatives
Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and service improvement
Explore opportunities for additional work within existing clients
Work with sales to develop new business opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, relationship management, and as a Service Delivery or Senior Delivery Manager
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proven success in driving revenue through presales, bids, and tenders
Resource management experience, including performance management and team development
Technical background as a Systems, Cloud, Azure, Azure Reliability Engineer, Administrator, or Consultant
P&L experience, including forecasting gross profit and managing costs and revenues
Willingness to travel within Ireland and the UK
