OverviewBausch + Lomb (NYSE/TSX: BLCO) is a leading global eye health company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the gift of sight for millions of people around the world from the moment of birth through every phase of life.Our mission is simple, yet powerful: helping you see better, to live better.Our comprehensive portfolio of over 400 products is fully integrated and built to serve our customers across the full spectrum of their eye health needs throughout their lives.Our iconic brand is built on the deep trust and loyalty of our customers established over our 170-year history.We have a significant global research, development, manufacturing and commercial footprint of approximately 13,000 employees and a presence in approximately 100 countries, extending our reach to billions of potential customers across the globe.We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future.ResponsibilitiesManage and control all aspects of facilities electrical services, so that all facilities equipment is maintained to a high degree of efficiency.Provide all processes with a standard of service to meet required volume and yields.Ensure facility electrical systems are robust to ensure acceptable compliance with national, international and regulatory standards.Provide electrical engineering support to Facilities Engineering Group and also Technical Services for the execution of Facilities capital projects.Assist Plant Facilities / Project Engineers with system re-design and optimisation of plant services & equipment.Management of the facilities electrical PEMAC (maintenance) system confirming to standards.Ensuring uptime of facilities equipment by utilising systems tools of RCM and PEMAC techniques.Provide electrical engineering support to the Facilities Engineering Group and work on assigned projects involving, equipment/services installations and validations.Plan and direct the technicians workload and deployment to align with ongoing business priorities.QualificationsDegree (level 7/8) in Electrical Engineering.2+ years of experience in an electrical environment.Experience of H.V.A.C., Purified Water, Compressed Air, Steam, Electrical Distribution and general building services would be an advantage.Decisive, good communicator, self-motivated, have a record of achievement and be a good team member.Bausch & Lomb is committed to equal employment opportunity and complies with equal employment opportunity laws in effect wherever it operates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
