Supply Chain Coordinator - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month Contract
One of the top 10 best companies to work in Ireland is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for their large-scale new facility in Dublin.
An exciting project with lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast-paced €1 billion project.
This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting-edge technology.
What you'll do:
Key interface into CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organisation)
Managing order book (200 – 400 orders) and all communication between internal businesses and CMO.
Needs to be very capable in managing priorities
Needs to be able to package up messages and clearly communicate
Heavy working in Excel, and ideally SAP (nice to have...)
Managing artwork implementations – the lynchpin between these teams and supporting implementation plans
What you'll need:
Experience working in a multi-matrixed cross-functional environment.
Understand and absorb technical supply chain information, but then relay this in readable terms.
Prioritisation is key – this is a busy global role covering US, EU and APAC markets.
Will have a lot of different queries coming in that need to be prioritised based on patient need and importance.
Does not need to have pharmaceuticals experience.
