If you're looking for a place to grow your career and where your contributions will shape the future, AIG is where you belong.Your responsibilities includeCoaching two Scrum teams to achieve greater Agile maturity while maintaining a sustainable and productive development paceFacilitating all Agile ceremonies, incl.
sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to keep the teams aligned & on trackParticipate in Scrum of Scrums and facilitate Program Increment (PI) executionWork alongside the product owner as a key team leader to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges before they ariseMaintain relevant metrics that report on progress (e.g. burndown charts, defect trends, user story/feature completion rates, capacity, velocity)Supporting and enabling product owners in managing backlogs, refining user stories, and ensuring priorities are clear to drive successful sprint outcomes, in line with business KPIsAnticipating and resolving obstacles that hinder progress, enabling your teams to focus on their goals and deliver value consistentlyActing as a change agent, advocating for Agile principles and best practices across teams and the organization.
Coaching team towards self-organization within SAFeCommunication: Foster internal team communication by building a trusting and safe environment where the emphasis on problem-solving.
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolutionInfluence stakeholders' including leaders Agile behavior's through direct feedback and guidanceEngage with individual squad members and group to identify opportunities to improve Agile performance and practices and enhance Agile mindsetWhat is needed to be successfulYou are certified as a Scrum Master (CSM) & hold SAFe certificationYou have significant experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, helping development teams apply Agile, Scrum/SAFe & DevSecOps practicesStrong leadership skills, with a track record of proactively driving process improvements and solving problems for the product team to enhance ability to deliver valueAbility to create value for the product by actively anticipating and resolving issuesYou are proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to help teams maintain and enhance momentumYou are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and track progress metrics (i.e. burndown charts, velocity, and user story completion rates)You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust within teams and facilitate effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders across the businessYou are an effective and experienced coach, capable of guiding teams to be self-organizing and achieve their objectives.You are passionate about Agile and have experience in highly matrixed organizations where influencing without direct authority is key to successIt would be nice ifYou have worked in the insurance or financial services industriesYou have been involved with Agile Release Train / acted as a Release Train EngineerReady to drive new innovations?
