Role: Production Planner Overview Responsible for developing and managing production schedules that align with demand forecasts, capacity, and resource availability. This role ensures efficient production flow, optimized logistics, and on-time delivery while maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability. Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth workflow, resource efficiency, and timely completion. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including material deliveries, warehousing, and transportation. Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and transport partners to optimize cost and efficiency. Monitor and report on key KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production performance. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Maintain ERP and reporting systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date production and logistics data. Uphold safety standards and compliance across all operations. Qualifications & Skills Experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Background in a manufacturing or technical environment is advantageous.
