Role: Production Planner
Overview
Responsible for developing and managing production schedules that align with demand forecasts, capacity, and resource availability. This role ensures efficient production flow, optimized logistics, and on-time delivery while maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth workflow, resource efficiency, and timely completion.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including material deliveries, warehousing, and transportation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and transport partners to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production performance.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
- Maintain ERP and reporting systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date production and logistics data.
- Uphold safety standards and compliance across all operations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in a manufacturing or technical environment is advantageous.
