Production Operator 

We are recruiting Production Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Dunmanway. This role is ideal for candidates looking for stability, teamwork, and opportunities to learn new skills within a supportive environment.


Location: Dunmanway, West Cork
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:30pm–10:30pm
Salary: Competitive, DOE


Key Responsibilities:


Support daily production activities across batching, blending, packing, and dispatch
Assist with general factory tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Operate equipment (training provided) and follow SOPs
Carry out basic quality checks to maintain product standards
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in assigned areas
Follow all safety guidelines and work under direction of supervisors
Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets


Requirements:


Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Flexible and adaptable to different tasks within the plant
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Positive attitude and commitment to safety
