Responsibilities
You will lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets.
You will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth, expanding the use of Azure by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions that drive impact for the customer, and establishing Microsoft as a leader.
Provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, blockers, or mitigation strategies.
You will conduct analyses of customer usage versus needs, driving greater consumption (cloud and support) based on these insights.
Provide guidance and recommendations to expand, retain, and optimize the customer's Azure consumption.
You will apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernized roadmap.
Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability and successful deployment, while orchestrating key resources and technologies.
You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans aligning with customer business goals and technical environments.
You will collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure proper deployment of cloud solutions on Azure.
Through close engagement with customers, the DCSA will work to meet or exceed team targets, manage customer progress in CRM, forecast, assess risk, and identify performance plans during weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Italian
Solid experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales
OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field AND relevant experience
OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or other platforms AND experience in technical roles
Experience with cloud-based solution design, migrations, and management.
