Responsibilities (Text Only)
You will lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve consumption targets and develop new Azure opportunities.
You will leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth, expanding Azure usage by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs and solutions that create impact and establish Microsoft as a leader.
You will provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, blockers, or mitigation strategies.
You will analyze customer usage versus needs, driving greater consumption (cloud and support) based on insights.
You will provide guidance and recommendations to expand, retain, and optimize customer Azure consumption.
You will apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap, architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability and successful deployment, while orchestrating key resources and infrastructure technologies.
You will assist in delivering Architectural Design Sessions to plan solution implementations aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
You will collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure proper deployment of cloud solutions on Azure.
Through close engagement with customers, the DCSA will work to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets, managing customer progress in CRM to forecast, assess risks, and identify performance improvement plans during weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales.
OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field AND experience in the same areas.
OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND experience in the same areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Swedish.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and/or sales.
Experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
