Site Engineer | Healthcare Facility | Dundalk Location: Dundalk Employment Type: Permanent Salary Package: Vehicle, Fuel Card, Company Technology, Training Fund Vickerstock Construction are working in partnership with a main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of a Healthcare facility in Dundalk.

With exposure across supply chain coordination, on-site supervision, health & safety enforcement, and quality assurance processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards.
The Role | Site Engineer You will play a key role in the coordination and supervision of site works, ensuring engineering compliance, progress tracking, and effective communication across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Management team, and receive mentorship Coordinate set outs for structural steel, cladding and partitions Attend internal progress meetings Assist with procurement and acquisition of all BOQ items Support Site Manager with planning and delivery of civil and structural installations Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all works meet company standards Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure technical compliance Issue technical reports, method statements and other required documentation Manage site health & safety documentation and enforce safe practices Ensure teams are working from the latest drawings and specifications Conduct subcontractor inspections and maintain quality assurance records What You'll Need to Succeed: A third-level qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar engineering/site coordination role Strong working knowledge of construction processes, design, and site supervision Full Driving Licence Proficient in MS Office, Project software, and AutoCAD Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills What's in it for You: Company van and fuel card Pension scheme with employer contributions CPD-accredited employer with strong commitment to training & career progression Laptop or desktop and mobile phone provided Personal site office Apply Now If you are an experienced Site Engineer ready to take the next step in your career, submit your CV via the link provided or contact Bea Holland at for a confidential discussion.
