
Site Infrastructure Coordinator

To manage and co-ordinate the design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities associated with on-site Mechanical, Electrical and Process upgrade works at a Wastewater Treatment facility.
Minimum of 5 years' experience and suitable qualifications within Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering disciplines are required.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and supervision of engineers, safety personnel, and M&E installation personnel.
- Representing project interests at client meetings and participating in project coordination meetings.
- On-site PSDP and PSCS duties and responsibilities management.
- Encouraging innovation and initiative among team members while maintaining high standards of HSQE.
- Management of site documentation including signage, audits, method statements, reports, and site sub-contractor documentation.
- Construction planning and scheduling.
- Procurement and expediting of materials and equipment.
- Project cost review and reporting.
- Researching and suggesting options for construction means, methods, and equipment.
- Project closeout including handover of completed safety file.
- Preparing progress reports and technical reports for clients and internal use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS office and Project software is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and wastewater industry.
