The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager, to work permanently in the Louth area on a large scale housing project.

The successful Site Manager, who will act as number one on the job but will report into a Project Manager, will ideally have extensive experience in large scale, multi-unit housing developments.

They will be involved with initial site set up through to handovers of all houses.

Highly competitive salary on offer along with package, van and fuel.

Responsibilities: Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection To provide accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information To manage and motivate site teams Conduct risk assessment Ensuring end product meets customer expectation in relation to build and finish Organise and coordinate labour Produce reports on job progress Reporting to Project Manager Requirements: Extensive demonstrable House building background Ability to work under one's own initiative Self-motivated hard worked Strong team building skills Analytical and decision making skills Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is important Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software Strong budgeting and financial management skills Excellent written and oral presentation skills Excellent communication skills INDNI Skills: Site Management Housing Quality control
