They've invested heavily in digital growth and are now looking for an E-Commerce Sales Manager to take the reins of their high-performing online sales operation, based at their South Dublin office.
The Role: This is a fast-paced role managing a high volume of online sales, with thousands of orders processed weekly.
You'll lead and develop a small team of 3, driving performance and ensuring top-tier customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for: Overseeing all online sales operations and managing customer order flow Leading, coaching, and supporting your team to hit sales and service KPIs Working closely with internal departments (logistics, stock, marketing) to keep everything running smoothly Monitoring product listings, pricing, and promotions across digital platforms Reporting on sales data and customer trends to the senior leadership team Constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, service levels, and online conversion What We're Looking For: You'll need to bring solid e-commerce experience, ideally with exposure to high weekly order volumes and a fast-moving sales environment.
People management experience is key, along with the ability to analyse, adapt and drive performance.
We're looking for: A background in e-commerce, with hands-on experience managing a busy online sales operation is essential Experience leading a small team is desirable Strong commercial and analytical skills A proactive, driven approach - someone who thrives on ownership and momentum Industry background is flexible, though construction or trade sector exposure is a bonus The Package: Basic Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE Bonus: 10% annual performance bonus Annual Leave: 22 days + stats Location: South Dublin (100% office-based, Monday to Friday) This is a key commercial role in a growing digital division - ideal for someone looking to lead, influence, and make a real impact in a successful Irish business.
