About this opportunity Professional Project Planner will provide oversight of establishing initial project baseline through completion, acting asowner's representative for multiple projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing SOQ reviews and establishing accurate and effective schedule baseline. Delaying project acceleration efforts.
Recurring monthly review of schedule submissions and engagement in progress meetings. Coordinating with client lease construction managers as well as lease providers monthly schedule updates and regular progress reports. Coordinating lessor schedule improvement. Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors with engagement key due to hybrid working. Understanding of contract management within planning. Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path. Performing "what if" scenarios for individual program management teams. Performing schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule. Performing earned value analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Developing and maintaining scheduling procedures for assigned programs. Ensuring major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Identifying, defining and addressing general problems that are typically within the immediate job area. Utilising prior experiences to support problem solving and/ or standard procedures and basic analysis. Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
