The role
The OpsTech team is the engine behind operational efficiency across three fast-growing markets: Ireland, Spain, and Italy.
We're a dynamic group that thrives on solving real business problems—whether it's building a clever formula in Google Sheets or launching smart automations that save hours of manual work.
In this role, you'll be our go-to person for all things analytics.
You'll dive into data to uncover insights, spot inefficiencies, and help shape key decisions that drive the business forward.
While your main focus will be analytical, we're also looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and handle simple automations when needed.

What You Will Be Doing
Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Use statistical methods and storytelling with data to generate actionable insights that support key business decisions.
Data Visualization and Reporting: Build clear, engaging dashboards and reports for a variety of stakeholders, including local senior leadership, to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.
Automation of Manual Tasks: Design and implement simple automations.
Using tools like Google Sheets, Apps Script, or Python to streamline repetitive processes and boost team efficiency.
Support Stakeholder Requests: Act as the first point of contact for ad-hoc data and operations requests.
Prioritize and resolve inquiries that range from quick data pulls to more complex problem-solving.
Lead Improvement Projects: Take ownership of analysis-driven initiatives, translating findings into concrete recommendations that positively impact our operations in Spain, Italy, and Ireland.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with local Ops teams to understand market-specific needs while leveraging best practices and tooling from global counterparts.
What We Are Looking For
Strong analytical mindset with a desire to problem solve and implement process improvements;
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and clearly communicate data insights;
Python and SQL knowledge is a must.
Airflow, Databricks and Amazon S3 buckets are a plus;
Proficiency in Excel/ G-sheets with experience working with high volumes of data;
The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines;
Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment;
Fluent in English.
