Overview Data Analytics Developer at Dropbox — join to apply for the role. This IC3-level position works on building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality and reliability, and supporting operational reporting that drives decision-making across GTM teams. The role requires strong problem-solving, data expertise, data architecture, and analytical tooling. You will partner with Data Engineering, Sales Analytics, RevOps, and Enablement to deliver trusted insights.
Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, datamarts, and self-serve platforms using workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and SQL-based transformations; ensure scalability and accessibility for analysts and dashboards.
Develop schema designs aligned with business needs to promote consistency, maintainability, and performance.
Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, implement fixes, and maintain timeliness of key reporting to ensure data quality and reliability.
Maintain data governance through up-to-date documentation, testing protocols, and compliance standards for critical datasets (e.g., pipeline, forecast, SFDC, compensation).
Integrate and maintain GTM systems data, ensuring coverage, data integrity, and cross-platform integration.
Implement and scale GTM analytics processes (e.g., daily reporting, NLP models) and support adoption of platforms like UnitQ to leverage customer feedback data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Sales Ops, RevOps, Enablement to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Participate in agile rituals and help prioritize fixes or improvements in response to user feedback or system changes.
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to share best practices and improve data maturity and velocity.
Ensure data meets end-user needs and reflects business logic accurately.
Requirements 6-8 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., data analyst, analytics engineer, data ops, business intelligence).
Expertise in SQL and modern data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
Proficiency with ETL tooling (e.g., Airflow, Databricks Workflows).
Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, schema design, and data governance.
Proficiency with Python and version control (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with CRM or GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Forma).
Ability to tackle complex technical problems with minimal direction and willingness to learn new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
Preferred Qualifications Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset.
Desire to grow into a strategic data partner and own end-to-end workflows.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset).
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation Ireland Pay Range: €72,300 — €97,700 EUR. The range is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role and subject to change. OTE applies to sales roles; salary/OTE is part of Dropbox’s total rewards package. Eligible for corporate bonus programs and stock in RSUs.
