Are you passionate about Employment Law and supporting Clients? Do you have good knowledge around WRC (Workplace Relations Commission), exposure to the Labour Court and have good attention to detail and communication skills? Have you represented clients in the courts and looking to further develop her skills with a global consultancy company? My client is looking for a Litigation Consultant to join them on a permanent basis in their office in Dublin City. They are offering salary of €55K, €6K car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holiday, life insurance, pension plan and much more. Responsibilities include:Review all claims brought against clients in the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and the Labour Court on appeal and support clients with mediation / conciliation matters in the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour CourtMake early and prompt contact with clients to notify the client of conduct of the case and to advise and take instructions from clientsVisit clients as required to including offsite visits at client premises/offices throughout IrelandAdvise clients on the merits of any claim(s) and the prospects of successfully defending claimsObtain all relevant and necessary documentation and to draft appropriate responses on behalf of clients for their approval. Prepare booklets for hearing or documents in the appropriate or agreed format in preparation for hearingIdentify witnesses and liaise with witnesses, where requiredCorrespond with the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court, claimants' representatives, and clientsTo regularly review cases and provide updates as required for the purposes of The Client's Protect Discretionary BenefitPrepare any reports necessary for The Client's Protect Discretionary Benefit in respect of any claims, as may be requiredPrepare and complete all administrative tasks associated with your cases within SLA Providing support to the Litigation team, to other departments within the business, as required by the COO, CEO or relevant managers To receive, take ownership of, and resolving client complaints, as required Liaise with the team as regards diary allocations and workforce planning as requiredAssist with queries in relation to the invoicing of clients Engage in and deliver training where required both internally and externally Demonstrate commercial knowledge of the Company's range of services and products and to be able to discuss these with clients as appropriateTo proactively assist in the retention of existing clients and to promote new business by obtaining referrals for new clientsResponsible for ensuring that the requisite knowledge of employment law and technical skills is of the standard required to be able to carry out the work and to the standards as outlined in this job descriptionAttend any company of the Group offices throughout United Kingdom and Ireland as required by managementAny other reasonable duties as may be required by management as part of your role You will bring your strong leadership skills, experience of reviewing and processing employment law claims, and time management capabilities to be successful in this role.
