QuickGalway Accommodationwelcomes international students and workers offering them support in Galway and Limerick (accommodation, but also language courses, work experiences, and more).We are currently looking for a proactive part-time employee.We require availability for five days per week (4 or 5 hours per day) including some weekends (if required in peak seasons).We offer an initial contract and a 5-month probationary period.The employee will work in the office and will be required to meet clients/team members at the business locations on a regular basis.The candidate must live in Galway for this job and be fluent in English (written and oral).The position will cover the following areas:customer serviceProperty management assistance (cleanings and maintenance schedule, day-to-day contacts, clients' arrival/departure, etc)sales and marketing.The employee will also have to answer calls during office hours and, in turn with other employees, emergency calls.The candidate needs to show previous experience in the hospitality sector and a very good attitude to customer service.Good communication skills, a team player attitude, and flexibility over time are strictly required.The contract will start in October ****.Full availability during the Christmas break is required.Training is provided to the candidate.*Job Type: Part-timePay: €***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
