Our Client Our client is a high-growth technology company headquartered in Dublin, developing cutting-edge solutions that are transforming their industry.
As the business continues to scale internationally, they are seeking a Legal Counsel to support their commercial and operational expansion.

This role is ideal for lawyers coming from either private practice or in-house roles, who are commercially minded and ready to take on broad legal responsibilities:
1–3 years PQE, ideally trained in a top-tier or large firm Strong background in contract negotiation and commercial agreements Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment Previous exposure to UK or US legal frameworks is a strong advantage Key Responsibilities Reporting to the General Counsel, your role will include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (customer, vendor, partnership) Advising business units on risk, compliance, and regulatory matters in a tech context Supporting product, sales, and commercial teams with day-to-day legal advice Contributing to scalable legal processes as the company grows Engaging with external legal counsel when required Interested?
